	Beth Barker Kahlich Digital Marketing Consultant Beth has owned and operated her own digital marketing consulting practice since the summer of 2008, with a primary focus on strategy and implementation of results-oriented internet and social media campaigns. An early adopter of technology, Beth has been working in the technology and marketing space for over 20 years. She created her first commercial website in 1993 and was an early user of YouTube, opening her first account within 9 months of the site’s launch. She currently manages the social media and web presence of a variety of clients including national ecommerce and retail outlets. Previously Beth served for eight years as in-house advertising for one of nation's largest IBM Business Partners. As an independent contractor, she has created a variety of web sites, ecommerce projects, and marketing collateral for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Beth holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in both Marketing and Management from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University.
	Karen Mantel Project Manager Karen brings a full range of project and office management skills with both profit and non-profit organizations to work for our clients. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from UT-Austin and an MBA from University of North Texas.
	Alicia Staz Production Coordinator Alicia has a proven track record as the owner/creator of her own successful online jewelry business, www.beadedroyalty.com. She has extensive knowledge of search engine optimization techniques, as well as website programming expertise. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Messiah College in Grantham, PA and continuing certifications from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
